Hi, I'm Rosy
I've always loved designing — or decorating, I never know what to call it! I'm a very active person; I just can't sit still. For years I was that friend begging everyone, "Please, let me decorate your event!" It was my hobby — until people I didn't even know started calling to ask me to decorate theirs. That's when it became my business. That was 2017, and I haven't stopped since.
The name Three Roses? I have three beautiful girls, and my middle name is Rosa. They are my three roses. 🌹
Why I do what I do
My favorite moment at a wedding is the bride's first look with her father and mother — I see so many emotions, and I feel every one of them like they're my own. And then she sees her bouquet for the first time. When I see tears of happiness, I know my mission is on its way to 100%. The bouquet is the first impression — if she loves her bouquet, I know she'll love everything else.
At quinceañeras, it's the parents that undo me — watching them realize their baby girl has become a young lady. It hits them hard, and I know that feeling because I'm a mom of three girls myself.
I'm so grateful to say I've never disappointed a bride or quinceañera — for a designer, that's the biggest fear. The greatest honor is when they come back: brides asking me to design a baby shower, a baptism, their daughter's quinceañera. Moms booking me for their next child's wedding. I've designed a quinceañera and then, years later, her wedding. Once, at a wedding with seven bridesmaids, I realized halfway through the day that I had designed all seven of their weddings — I had no idea until I started recognizing faces. Best feeling ever.
Winters are quieter, and I'll be honest — I miss the hum of wedding season, so I spend that time dreaming up new designs. Because this isn't just what I do, it's part of who I am. Once I almost walked away for a different career path, and it felt like a sharp pain in my heart. This business took effort, guts, and sacrifices to build. I couldn't let it go — and I never will.
When I'm not designing, I'm home with my incredible husband, our three beautiful girls, and our two handsome boys — my whole heart.
