FAQ

Can I rent a few items from you only?

No, we offer rental items to our clients who have booked floral and/ or events design only and do not offer rental-only orders.

Do you have a minimum budget requirement?

We strive to ensure that our clients get the highest quality product and level of service that they deserve.In order to make that happen, we require a minimum of $2000 for full-service events, i.e anything requiring more than a pickup or quick drop off.


For smaller events like showers, we're more flexible with the minimum, but ultimately it depends on your needs and time and labor requirements.

Will you provide a full-scale sample of my bouquet/centerpieces?

We offer centerpieces mockups only with our Premium Package, The benefits of a floral mockup will allow you to gain a visual on the size and shape of specific items in your order. Additionally, to make sure your expectations are met prior to the event day. Please keep in mind, that every single stem and bloom grows differently. Weather, Season, etc. Will result in the exact same grower to be different from one order to the next. So exact replication isn't possible as blooms will vary. Mockups are perfect for the person who lists design as a top priority to their event. 

Do you require deposit to book with you?

Yes , the deposit amount is $300. This is non-refundable secures your date with us and gets taken off of the wedding invoice balance.

How can we schedule a meeting?

We understand many people plan from afar. We offer virtual calls via zoom as a way to feel like we are in person! Approximate half of our wedding clients are planning from afar and we never meet in person until their wedding day.

Do I need a appointment to talk to you about my wedding

Yes just send us an email and e will get right back to you with available dates and times. We typically schedule consultations on Tuesday and Wednesday, but we are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Running a holiday sale or weekly special? Definitely promote it here to get customers excited about getting a sweet deal.

Do you work with artificial flowers?

No, only beautiful fresh blooms and plants here. 

How do I find out about your flower classes and workshops?

We post upcoming classes on our social media pages. Facebook and instagram. Not feeling social? Feel free to give us a call or email to inquire about class dates. You can also book your own private class with 5 or more of your friends.

How do I know if the date I need is available?

After you complete our wedding or event inquiry form, we'll get back to you as soon as possible with our availability.
